As a service to our customers, Village Games is now offering Convenience Ordering - a way to be sure the items you want are ready and waiting for you on your next visit. Simply complete the form below and submit it to the shop. A Village Games staff member will get back to you with a status on your request as quickly as possible. If you then wish to have the items held for you, you can simply call the shop within 48 hours of your notificaiton with your credit card information.

Policies & Procedures

• To facilitate processing, only Convenience Orders submited through the wedsite will be honored.
• Unfortunately, the in-store Game Club membership discount is not applicable to Convenience Orders.
• Once you receive notification that your Convenience Order is ready, you will have 48 hours to pay for the order or it will be returned to the shelves.
• Payment may either be made in person or credit card information can be phoned in to the shop within the 48 hours.
• Any unpaid Convenience Orders that are repeated within 10 business days will be charged a $3 handling fee.
• Paid Convenenience Orders may be picked up at the customer's convenience.
• Minimum $5 purchase on all Convenience Orders.
• All Convenience Order sales are final.
